The fathers of the early church had to be literally kicked out of Jerusalem, they finally sent some brothers down to check to see if God was really there.

c. Read the translation of 1 Corin 9:19-23 on page 114

d. How can we here at Levy United Methodist Church support the world wide mission of The United Methodist Church?

a. The critical need is to recognize that we are part of the witnessing stream of the Spirit stretching through time and across nations.

b. Will we continually be open to those who remind us that adjusting our agenda and comfort zone to the Spirit’s work is the only way to be truly alive in Christ?
